Bob Sperling called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM and open cases were reviewed.

• Each exhibitor was asked to introduce their company and their products / services
• Discussion on future meeting topics that would be of interest to the attendees
• Treasury Report: Balance as of April 6, 2011 is $851.14
• Speaker Presentation - Peter Chace of the Ohio Public Utilities Commission provided an informative and interesting talk on safety and enforcement items related to gas pipelines
